This is a compact, integrated, reliable and low-cost unit that can be used in laboratory or engine test cell environments to produce a high quality stream of syngas on-demand.
We first developed the Syngas Generator Evaluation Unit in 2006 to meet our own product test and development needs. This system has accumulated thousands of hours of operation in daily use. Now, we are offering the third generation system to meet the growing demands of researchers developing syngas applications.
The Syngas Generator Evaluation Unit is proven technology and can be installed on-site in 2 to 4 hours. The Evaluation Unit comes complete with a non-catalytic Syngas Generator, electronic controller, power supply, diesel fuel pump and all required input/output couplings. Syngas production requires diesel fuel, shop air supply and 110V power. A detailed system installation and operation manual (English) is included.
NxtGen provides on-site installation support and remote monitoring and engineering support.
