JEREMY W. HOLT, President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy joined NxtGen on November 4, 2007 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeremy has 28 years of powertrain experience in the technically orientated supply of powertrain components. For the past last nine years, he was president of technology and engineering services supplier Ricardo North America.

CHRIS BENNER, VP Sales & Application Engineering
Chris joined NxtGen on November 4, 2007. Chris has 27 years experience in the diesel powertrain industry including Global Executive, Volvo Group and General Manager, OEM Sales North America for Arvin Meritor. He has held sales, marketing and product management positions previously with Deere, International Truck and Engine and Caterpillar.

ERIK JOHANNES, VP Technology
Erik is a founder of NxtGen and has over 20 years of experience in chemical engineering. He was the Manager of Engineering and Testing, and Program Manager of Compact Gas Systems at QuestAir Technologies; and Program Manager (Stationary Fuel Cell) and Test Engineering Group Leader at Ballard Power Systems. Erik is leading a team with over 130 year combined experience in reformer and catalytic adsorber technologies.

BRIAN KAHNERT, VP Marketing & Government Relations
Brian has 19 years experience in energy and information technology companies including sales and marketing. He was an Executive in Residence with Yaletown Venture Partners, Director of Planning and Strategic Projects with BC Gas Inc. and a Consulting Manager in Ernst & Young's North American Energy consulting practice.

MIKE MCKAY, Director of Finance and Administration
Mike has 15 years experience in a broad range of organizations and holds both CGA and CPA designations.  He has held progressive finance positions in companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies on the TSE and NYSE.
