JEREMY W. HOLT, President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy has 30 years of experience in technology, operations, manufacturing, strategy, international business, engineering, sales and marketing; most in senior management for both mature public companies and star-up technology firms.  He is a founding member of the SAE North American International Powertrain Conference Leadership Team.  Before joining NxtGen in 2007, Jeremy was President of Ricardo Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Ricardo plc, a global automotive supplier, where he managed North American operations for 10 years.  In his earlier career he held senior management positions in a public Tier 1 manufacturer of high tech engine components in the UK and North America.

ERIK JOHANNES, VP Product Engineering
Erik is a founder of NxtGen and has over 21 years of experience in chemical engineering. He was the Manager of Engineering and Testing, and Program Manager of Compact Gas Systems at QuestAir Technologies; and Program Manager (Stationary Fuel Cell) and Test Engineering Group Leader at Ballard Power Systems. Erik is leading a team with over 130 years combined experience in reformer and catalytic adsorber technologies.

JIM MANN, VP Finance & Operations
Jim has 25 years experience in senior financial positions including CFO. Jim joined NxtGen in January 2009 from Mustang Survival Corp., a privately owned marine and aerospace survival suit manufacturer with US and Canadian manufacturing sites. Jim is a CPA and CA.

GLORIA WANDYEZ, Executive Director of Sales 
Gloria has 25 years experience in automotive and commercial vehicles including Director of Business Development for Commercial Vehicles, Military and Off-Highway for Ricardo North America. She has significant experience in sales and purchasing across OEMs, Tier 1s and associated consulting firms.
